This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I applied for my Oman visa through this agency and everything seemed fine initially. However, when I submitted my visa for renewal on 25 May, there has been no progress even as of 3 June. They do not provide the original ROP visa application number and only share their internal reference number. Whenever I check the status on their website, it simply shows "Under Process – Immigration Department."They fail to give proper clarity

Very bad experience filled the application and paid all fees at 22-Feb for KSA Visa they only submitted my application when I spoke to them asking for the application number to track it then they applied and send it with 25-feb between these two dates the visa application could be accepted but they don't care anyway their priority is to collect your money only the service is not important as they collected they money
