“Very poor service. I applied for a KSA visa and there is zero proper follow-up or communication. It has been almost two months with no update, and they are completely unresponsive. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.”

This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I applied for my Oman visa through this agency and everything seemed fine initially. However, when I submitted my visa for renewal on 25 May, there has been no progress even as of 3 June. They do not provide the original ROP visa application number and only share their internal reference number. Whenever I check the status on their website, it simply shows "Under Process – Immigration Department."They fail to give proper clarity

SCAM – DO NOT USE! I had a terrible experience with InstaGlobal Travel. They charged me for a visa application but did absolutely nothing! After taking my money, they became unresponsive and failed to provide any updates. When I tried to contact them, they ignored my emails and calls. Not only did they waste my time, but they also caused me a lot of stress and financial loss. I later found out that many other customers have faced the same issue. This company is a complete scam.
