App is easy to use and best for the start. It has all basic features needed. For premium, I got a yearly package. I agree being new there may be bugs within the app but when I report the bugs, the ones that need urgent fixes are fixed in minutes. The ones that do not affect customer experience are fixed within few weeks. In addition to that we can tell enhancement we need and they consider all of them and develop them in time. And all this through whatsapp. No waiting for mail replies.

This company is fooling people! I created a sample shop on their app, did the whole authentication thing, purchased my own items to check whether it's working properly or not, and it's been 3 days since my amount is not settled in the bank account. Have lost 550 Rs. because of this fraud company! Thankfully I haven't displayed this to any of my audience, if I would've done that probably I would have been in losses. If the app is in development mode, it's better to keep it hidden from people!

So many things that don't work with this app. The worst was recently, there was a glitch and I saw another seller's details and store on my page when I logged in. I could see her address, her KYC details, her product listings, everything! This is such a BIG security concern for me. I alerted the support team via Whatsaap immediately with a screenshot. They said they would look into it but never gave any response as to why and how this error occurred.
