When you're conducting a pre-inspection for a new policy, InsuBox guides you through a simple 3-step workflow (Details → Attachments → Review) and produces a clear, well-documented inspection record ready to share with the insurance company.

Capture all 6 mandatory vehicle angles (Front, Rear, Left, Right, Odometer, Chassis Number) with built-in slot guidance — never miss a required photo.

Geo-Tagged & Time-Stamped Photos
Every photo is automatically stamped — on your device, the moment it's captured — with GPS location, date and time, and the vehicle registration number. The details are written into the image itself, so every inspection carries its own capture record.

Customer Self-Capture Delegation
Need photos directly from the customer? Send a secure, time-limited upload link to their phone via SMS, WhatsApp, or email — OTP-verified before any upload is permitted. The customer opens the link in any browser (no app install needed) and uploads photos themselves while the link is active. The inspection record is only created after the SMS is successfully delivered, so a failed send never leaves a stray entry behind. Designed for real-time capture: links expire quickly so photographs reflect the vehicle's condition at the moment of inspection.

Document Upload
Attach supporting documents — RC copy, driver's license, previous insurance policy, and other PDFs — alongside inspection photos in a single record.

Live Countdown on Every Card
Both the customer's upload window and the agent's review window show a live MM:SS countdown right on the dashboard card, with colour shifting as the deadline nears. A push reminder keeps you on top of your queue.

Inspection History at a Glance
Track every inspection — Active, Paused (link expired), Submitted, or Closed — in one organized dashboard. Search by vehicle registration number.

Share Reports with Insurers
Generate a clean, professional inspection report and share it with up to 2 recipients via a secure link. Recipients verify their identity through OTP before viewing.
