I would like to raise a few concerns regarding the IDEdge app. While issuing insurance policies, we frequently have to take help from the RM because the app has many glitches and technical issues. At times, payment through the QR code also fails, which causes inconvenience to both us and our customers. Additionally, the charges deducted from the payout are quite high, while the commission received is comparatively low. I request you to please look into these issues, improve the app's performance
