This app seems to me like FRAUD. It has never worked, and now even when I try to make a payment using their website directly, it asks you to enter the challenge to enter the characters shown, and after double-checking my entries on, the page response is "incorrect entry. Please try again".... Which I did, after trying over and over and over.... Same reply.... 😞.

The app needs wormed on. Does have a drop down box however, it will let you know that its costing $4.50 to use the online payment, which is absurd. Also when you click to make a payment and the box comes up to charge me another 4.50 fee. It will will ask me if i want to contine and there is no button to click yes or now so its stuck on the box that comes up about the extra fee. So still havent been able to make a payment online. Defeats the purpose of having the ability to make an online payment

App is not installing, keeps saying error. I even tried the website to make a claim, but after filling out all the paperwork, it took me out and wanted me do it again, also call the number to make a claim and got disconnected or maybe they hung up on me, but now when I call back, says they are closed but the phone number is supposed to be 24/7 access. This is BS, I'm paying for full coverage insurance on a vehicle I'm still paying on and I can't even make a claim on the website or the phone.
