app has very limited functionality. I've had to call and speak to a human for even the simplest thing to update all the errors when petland force me to create an account for my puppy. I had no choice of who for pet insurance. I'm sure they got a kick back. we shall see about how well the coverages works. but I am certainly looking into other pet ins providers that I've used before and are proven reliable

2 factor authentication is outdated and cumbersome. email and then you cannot paste the number but must enter it one by one. in an emergency situation you will hate it
