Ratings and reviews

This plan was required when I bought my puppy earlier this year. I have had other pet insurance for years and will keep it. This one feels like a scam. I pay them but they're utterly unreachable when I need help. The site is glitchy. And it seems like cancelling or not renewing is going to be a problem.

Rip off and scam!!!! Purchased renters insurance online. I needed to go back into policy correct thier address typo and my property. I could not do thru app! I could not chat because it is really texting and your number you have is not working! I tried calling your customer service number, numerous times during buisness hours and all it did was ring! I had to purchase a new policy from a different company to be able to move in. I have disputed charges I have already incurred and reported you.

Can't make a payment on the app. Sucks!
