About this app

Intapp Time improves productivity and profitability by providing law firm personnel with a mobile solution to enter and edit critical time information from any location just as they would if they were sitting at their desk.

Unlike other time entry applications that only allow for “scratch pad” entries, Intapp Time mobile provides intuitive fields that allow the user to input fully validated data in the same way that they easily perform entries within their Intapp Time desktop application.

- Requires the licensing of Intapp Time and an existing Intapp Time environment. Intapp Time makes various codes available to users such as client, matter, task codes and other user defined fields when entering their time or expenses.

- Requires Device Administrator Permission in order to force storage encryption and PIN setup, for the cases in which the system administrator desires to enforce this.

- Search your firm's entire validation information when you need to select client/matter data.
- Precisely track hours by the starting and stopping of timers.

Complete junk. Unstable, can't even log in or stayed logged in. When I can, the user experience is horrendous. Keeping track of time with a pen and paper is less painful then dealing with this app.

Constant popups after every action say that " . . . requires device encryption and device passcode . . . " but my phone is an encrypted Pixel 3 XL with passcode. Makes this app unusable. Edit: also, back button quits the app rather than taking you to previous screen.

crashes often, syncs poorly with desktop app, thinks timers are running from the distant past, loses data. would more could you not ask for?

What’s new

Introduced support for Sandbox environments. Time Mobile uses Production mode and production IDD records by default, clients can now put Time Mobile in Sandbox mode to direct the app to look for Sandbox IDD records.

While in create, edit, or search modes, Client, Matter, and UDF fields are now expandable when you press and hold.
