Better than the last abomination of an app, but still woefully suboptima I just got a response from a passive-aggressive pencil pusher. NOT TO MY LIKING???? The app was awful. I am saying that it is better, but not great. Not to my liking? Shove it..

can't create an account. can't find my nationality. I'm English. United kingdom, great Britain and England are not on the list.

I cannot understand the poor reviews or their reasons. Changing the language took a few clicks and less than 10 seconds. Log in procedure was just as easy and then I had access to my IMED medical records including the invoices. Verifying my mobile phone also just took seconds so I am very impressed with the app. I was further impressed by the personal attention that I received at the Teulada facility. Top notch operation as far as I am concerned.
