What you can do

Create a request: Select a category, add details, and submit.

Attach evidence: Add photos and notes to explain the issue clearly.

Add location (optional): Tag your request location to improve routing. Location is used only while you use location-based features (no background collection).

Track progress: Receive updates, messages, and next steps linked to your Case ID.

Get routed to help channels: Where available, requests may be routed to community partners, NGOs, volunteers, or local service providers.

Confirm closure & provide feedback: Close a case when resolved and help improve future response quality.
