DeliveryTrack is a real-time pharmacy delivery management app designed to help pharmacies and delivery drivers stay on top of orders, and routes.
To provide accurate and continuous location updates, DeliveryTrack maintains GPS tracking during deliveries, ensuring up-to-date ETA calculations, route optimization, and proof of delivery tracking.

DeliveryTrack uses a foreground service to track driver location only while deliveries are in progress. This is essential for route optimization and timely updates. A persistent notification is displayed to clearly inform users that location tracking is active while the app is in use.

DeliveryTrack provides complete traceability from order receipt to delivery confirmation. Ensure audit readiness with detailed delivery logs and full manifest reconciliation.


🔔 Note: Android devices must uninstall version 6.2.0 before installing this version from the Play Store. A Driver Manager app may also be required to activate the device.

Ratings and reviews

I don’t know why the pharmacy I work with chose an app with a 2.4 out of 5 stars rating—maybe you’re the only game in town—but that rating seems fair. Lately, the scanner has been a big problem: it doesn’t focus, it randomly zooms in, and the scan window disappears. Simply exiting the app and restarting it doesn’t fix that last problem. I have to "force stop" the app and then restart it for it to work again... for a while. I know two other people that are having the same problems.

Glitches!! Closes intermittently on its on. User has to sync twice each day before app successfully synchronizes. If user syncs before the route is complete, DT resets the driver modified route.

Glitches!!! Open it and it closes out several times. Have to restart my phone about 7 times for it to maybe work. Co-workers have the same issues. Frustrating because I need it to be able to do my job.

What’s new

Completed stops will now float to the top of the list on Next Stop Screen.
Performing a sync will no longer adversely affect driver modified routes while in progress.
