The app tries to be useful but the interface design needs a bit more attention for people with eyesight difficulties. It has information but it is not self explained.

Would like to register for an account on the English version app. First question is "Supply number", where do I find that information? Apparently it was not the meter number, as when entered the response was invalid answered.

You can find your supply number either on the invoice you have received by Protergia or on the SMS send by protergia to inform you for the activation of your meter. In case you need help, please send us your tax id number and your meter code to myprotergia-support@intelen.com. Thank you for choosing Protergia.
