been over a month since I was last able to download records. only way to make that work is to have about 1.5 hours to keep the app open don't do anything else with your phone and don't let the screen tern off. I can download a library of high definition movies in that time. why is it that hard to download some text files. it makes zero sense. I've been forced to use this app for years. it has never worked well. I like the concept of the app. most uninstalled and reinstalled app on my phone.

Offline mode broken again. Do an inspection, save it. Get to Internet, inspection created but blank. completely useless now. Thanks for causing me to potentially lose my bonus by not being able to properly do my compliances

super slow all the time, and when you go to add a picture it logs you out
