About this app

MF Utility is a Mutual Fund Industry initiative to make transacting in Mutual Funds in India easier and seamless to benefit all stakeholders. goMF mobile app is a step towards offering the transacting ability on the move, anywhere and anytime in any of the participating Mutual Funds.

If you are an Advisor (ARN / RIA) please fill and submit a sign up form, which can be downloaded at https://www.mfuindia.com/forms/distributor-forms

If you are an Investor, open a Common Account Number (CAN) with MFU. Please visit https://www.mfuonline.com/onlineMfuPage?reqPageType=eCAN&t=E to submit a CAN request online. You may also download CAN form, which after filling, may be submitted along with the necessary documentary proofs at any of the MFU Point of Service (POS) location nearest to you or at MFU Office. If you already have a CAN, to request for Login credentials, please send a mail to [e-mail] from your registered email id.

To use the App, ensure that you have Android 4.4 or above and you need to have a login credentials provided by MF Utility.

goMF offers the following features for the Advisors:

- Conveniently initiate Purchase, Redemption, Switch, Systematic Investment, Systematic Transfer, Systematic Withdrawal transaction on any participating Mutual Fund for your client.

- View and track all Mutual Fund orders submitted through MF Utility.

Investors have the option of viewing their holdings in all the participating Mutual Funds in a single place in addition to the convenience of transacting in multiple Mutual Funds in a single order.

This institute is good but the app and website data are the worst in the complete segment. even one star is also not eligible. there is no investment data available. there is no gain percentage available. a lot of things need improvement. we can't understand, why ?? they are so lazy for not upgrading or intentionally not doing.. still saying institute is good but the app and website data are the worst

One word - Pathetic. Does not work when it is required the most. Obscure user interface. Bad user experience. Pathetic call center attendants. As of now, Android app and website both are not working. 10 mins back Android app was working with some delays and my payment got stuck. Although bank shows it is paid. When I called call centre number they seem to some kids not having any training of resolving queries or not even know how to speak and handle support calls

I am unable to logon to the App. Whenever I type in my User ID, the App start picking up some random alphabets from keypad automatically. I tried switching off the Dictionary and Automatic spell check, but it didnt work. Please solve. I have not even started investing using the App. I doubt I will use it if it doesnt solve 2. The APP and the Website doesnt show the Actual Investment made so far, It only shows the value generated as per market situation
