Crooked company. I signed up for the trial period but they immediately charged me the full amount. Somehow another subscription was added. When I call to get assistance all they do is go back and forth to cover themselves. I literally contacted customer support in order to cancel the subscriptions and they responded that I needed to contact customer support to cancel my subscriptions. They have no idea what they're doing, this is nothing more than a subpar product with multiple hidden fees.

Once your child figures out how the app works, they might enjoy it. It took my 4 year old about a month to truly understand how it worked, he loved the science tab and learning about the elements. It loses a star due to sometimes I cannot even tell how to solve the game and it's frustrating and then we just go to another section in the app. So tutorials and if the child doesn't get it a better notification, more than an arrow is needed.

Avoid downloading the app and handing over your card information. Ending the subscription is not an easy task. Sent 2 e-mails to cancel my subscription and have not received a response. **Edit Don't like the app because the robot voice is just strange. It would be nice to have an actual human voice that is easier to understand. The background music is too loud when he's speaking.
