From the convenience of your mobile device: Check the status at each of your healthcare facilities, snap a picture and upload documents for verification, add new facilities as you visit, and accept facility policies “on the go.”

Been getting the same error message since the latest app version was rolled out. It let's me go through the process of adding the facility info of my contact at hospital, but then it's states: Mobile check-in something went wrong while saving your check-in. Please try again. It does this also with the other facility on my account. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app and it does not fix the issue. I am using the app on my Android mobile device.

Can't check in and/or out of facility with the apps on my android or textings. Contacted a representative about a month ago... have not heard back from IT. Surprised, no. Pairng with their badge with secure go is another adventure x 10-12 months. I opted out of market sharing of my data. Period. Do not share or use my data. Thank you.

I've had the app for a few years and it used to be great. Now it gets worse every few months. I just uninstalled and reinstalled it because I went into it to check my credentials and policies and it's completely blank (total white space) when I open it. What happened to it? I don't recommend it to anyone anymore. Update: the app was working for a long while and I was able to check in on my ebadge. It will not open anymore. It's just blank! I need this to work, and soon! Nothing will help!
