Unhappy with the service, as they show low prices to generate customer leads and during payment the price is increased, but does not show which item and by how much, the payment options provided is poor, they say they accept Amex cards on the payment page but on entering the card details it's not accepted, that's a poor service. A lot of misleading options. No option to cancel orders, you need to call the customer support team. Appreciate the way app shows the alternate medicine available

Overall experience satisfactory. But, delivery time needs to be improved. At times, it involves 3 days. Secondly, even before one decides on the final list of medicines, there are frequent phone calls from the company enquiring if the order can be processsed. This kind of monitoring and follow up is quite disturbing. Also, we receive calls about cheaper substitutes. The intention may be good, but let it be left to the customer to decide.

No option to give less than 1 star. Third grade service in terms of delivery. The discount and substitute options are good but what's the use if the medicine is not delivered in the first place. Takes 6 days to get the order shipped, then the delivery agent marks the status as attempted but no one calls or comes to deliver. And this is happening in a major city, not in a remote village.
