inSyncPeople is an employee self-service mobile application designed for organizations using the IntelliSYNC HRMS platform. The app allows employees to easily access and manage HR-related services directly from their mobile devices.
Employees can record attendance using punch-in and punch-out features, apply for leave, manage comp-off requests, and securely view payroll details including payslips. The application also sends notifications such as visitor alerts when someone arrives to meet an employee, helping improve workplace communication.
Location access may be used during attendance punching to verify the employee’s location according to the organization’s HR policies. The app also uses notifications to inform employees about visitor arrivals, HR updates, and request approvals.
inSyncPeople is intended only for employees of organizations that use IntelliSYNC HRMS solutions. Access is provided through login credentials issued by the organization.
Employee data security is a priority. Appropriate safeguards are implemented to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Employee data is not sold or shared with third parties and is accessible only to the employee and authorized administrators of the organization.
