The training is good, working in a phone service store it gives me more information on the devices we sell so I can easily troubleshoot google phones. Tried redeeming a reward though after completing training, and it immediately glitched out. There's no obvious support team to contact about the issue. Kind of sucks not being able to receive the reward especially since the frequency of redeemable rewards is low.

In the past you were able to redeem discounts on products with training points towards the end of the year. This past holiday season (2023) did not have any reward redemptions. What's the point if there are no incentives.

The app is fine. Some of the training pages run rather slowly however. Regardless of which device you have. The reason for my low rating is because the support for the app is awful. When I first logged into the app I wasn't able to earn gold for the first few days of training - never worked out why this was. Non of my colleagues had this issue. Now that I am finally able to earn gold, my gold and XP don't match at all. I've lost 7000 gold so I won't ever be able to buy anything at a discount. I've contacted the support department with this issue a number of times but they just don't reply. App decent, support poor.
