This app is good when it works, but every time they update it, it kicks me off. When I try to open the app I just get a white screen. I've used this app on this same phone for 2 years, there's no reason why it won't let me use it now. Also I went to their website they say you can use & it acts like I'm not registered, so I still can't sign on.

I'm sad about this app. I've called the bank and they give different reasons for the app not working, yet it doesn't seem like an issue anyone wants to resolve and take responsibility for. Being able to keep up with my account is important without having to call the bank directly or logging onto a website. I may need to find another bank to bank with where issues l like these are investigated and fixed.
