horrible app, not ready for release. numerous bugs mainly with transferencias. can't seem to add any new destinarios by card number only CLABE. sometimes my destinarios completely disappear. I've talked with support and sent them screenshots and recordings, only solution they offer is to install and reinstall the app. works to return the disappeared destinarios but still can't add any new destinario via card number. this is making it very difficult to conduct business!

By far the most inferior banking app I've ever used - EXTREMELY tedious to use the limited functionality available. The initial "help messages" get in the way of trying to use the app (they can be turned off in the settings) It's more of a basic mobile webpage than it is a banking app. The digital keyFOP/token service is the most useful function. On par with some local credit union or small-town bank interfaces I've experienced. This thing needs to be scrapped and rebuilt from the ground up.

edit.. much improved now. still some lags but better. it was one of the weakest bank apps before the upgrade. now it's unusable. over a minute to get to the login choice screen then again to get to actually requiring fingerprint. once inside the app, not intuitive at all. I'm sure I'll eventually figure out where everything is but right now it's worse than it was.
