Ratings and reviews

By far the most inferior banking app I've ever used - EXTREMELY tedious to use the limited functionality available. The initial "help messages" get in the way of trying to use the app (they can be turned off in the settings) It's more of a basic mobile webpage than it is a banking app. The digital keyFOP/token service is the most useful function. On par with some local credit union or small-town bank interfaces I've experienced. This thing needs to be scrapped and rebuilt from the ground up.

this bank is a joke. issues with debit card... tried taking money out of their ATM. error message no cash but money withdrawn from my account. zero resolution. stay clear of this fraud of a bank

Horrible and tedious. Having to constantly update the app . But it doesn't update, you have to uninstall and reinstall every time. Generating tokens for every step of the process takes a 2 minute transaction to a 1/2 hour. God for forbid you make a mistake, no wY to retract a payment, have to contact bank and wait months for reimbursement. Definitely looking into different banking options.
