About this app

The Intercard iService app provides easy remote game management for one or more locations. Users can remotely put a game out of service for maintenance and technicians can use it to track repair information and when the game was placed back into service. All information is automatically updated on the server and in the cloud.

The Intercard iService app assists technicians in maintaining their games by providing easy access to service logs and the ability to take games in and out of service.

Used this last a few years ago and it did what I wanted it to do. I started to use it about a year ago and it will not let me log into the app. Intercard has no idea what is wrong at this point in time. I can log into the back-office just fine. I would like this taken care of or my money refunded.

The app redesign makes this app useless. It only loads the first few games from the first alphabetical location into memory. Filtering then only works if the game you are looking for has been loaded into memory. We went from a mostly usable app to an app that is completely unusable.

keeps signing you out just about every time you use it, and you have to sign back in to get anywhere. the older version was a lot better in the fact it didn't do this. as helpful as this app could be, it needs a lot of work to get it there.
