And can be downloaded from the respective play stores.
The app is for both sending funds through Western Union and MoneyGram to countries and receiving through Western Union and MoneyGram from other countries.
Register:
Download the app and complete your profile with your personal information.
Upload your identification document and a selfie of you holding the document. (min. requirement)
Notification will be send via sms when activation is approved or not.
Sending funds:
Funds can be send with Western Union and MoneyGram.
When order is placed for transaction you have 24 hours to complete the transaction by settling the amount due via any of the below options:
More than 10,000 retail outlets nationwide,
All Interchange branches,
Accessing the Pay@ link shared in sms notification and settling via EFT, card, snapscan or Zapper.
Receiving funds:
Funds can be received with Western Union and MoneyGram.
When order is placed for transaction you have 24 hours to complete the transaction by collecting the amount due via any of the below options:
All Interchange branches,
Into your personal bank account if updated with registration,
Std Bank voucher that can be collected at all Std Bank ATM’s or 10,000 plus retail outlets (limited to R5, 000.00 per day and R25, 000.00 a month).
