How does TaxiClick work?

Don't usually review apps but I felt a need to review this one because I wasted so much time trying to get a taxi with it in Ibiza (considering it's meant to be an official app for the local taxi service). It kept throwing up an error when I tried to get a cab, saying "they don't provide service in the locations I was in". But the locations are the most built up areas on the island, next to the airport and one near one of the main beaches. The UI is clumsy, the app hangs, it's simply poor...

Horrendous, only used it 3 times and we didn't once have a taxi turn up. The first time to booking was cancelled for no obvious reason. we re-tried and it was now £2 more but the app just stuck at "pick up in 5 minutes, please wait" after 10 minutes and no update (yes we did have an internet connection) we gave up and hailed a can for £3 less. final time, cab just didn't arrive. forget this junk app, just book direct.

Couldn't book a taxi due to multiple different errors with payment processing. Selecting cash payment did not work without a credit card as payment method but the credit card can't be added.
