Orders take awhile to receive, that's no biggie since I now expect a wait. Cute matching outfits. Have ordered a couple matching swimsuits and plenty of matching outfits. Other products are cute, quality isn't always the best. Only receive one item that had a broken part. Didn't send back for an exchange which was an option, didn't want the hassle.

The problem i keep running into is not being able to get back into the account i make. So I've lost all my progress 2-3 times now with rewards, and can't return the items i don't like. I lose all the favorite items i had saved, which can be difficult to find again especially if they're clearance or seasonal. Also make sure you add rewards to your cart before you check out, even the weekly ones do not automatically apply, and you won't be credited afterwards.

Love the website and the convenience of the app. However, I don't think I have used the app one single time without it continuously popping up something on my phone screen that says serving error, and anytime that I want to view my favorites, shopping bag, or proceed to the checkout, I have to always end up going on the website instead of being able to use the actual app because it will say that there is nothing saved in any of the places I select to view.
