The Application for Nonconformity Management (GNC) was developed to facilitate the recording and management of nonconformities in an efficient manner, acting directly on the root cause of problems. Nonconformities can be managed in two ways:

1. Daily Resolution Non-Compliance
2. Non-compliance with Stipulated Deadlines

The application allows you to record non-conformities and forward them to be dealt with by the designated person in charge. Those responsible receive non-conformities according to their permissions. Each user has access only to non-conformities under their responsibility, that is, those for which they have been designated as responsible for dealing with or closing the non-conformity (evaluation of the applied solution).

The person responsible for the treatment has the role of resolving the problem and informing which solution was applied, and may also send photos and other evidence of the corrective action.

The person responsible for closing is responsible for evaluating whether the applied solution resolves or mitigates the problem.

The focus of the process is to prioritize the treatment or eliminate non-compliance, avoiding the materialization of risks. Additionally, the app allows you to include evidence of treatment, documenting the “before” and “after” status of corrective action.
