Ratings and reviews

The app works fine after working out a few details. I initially had some issues that were unique to my setup (no problem with the app) that were compounded by a few typos in the docs (e.g. overrides). The docs need another round of proof reading and scrubbing and app interface could use some minor usability improvements. For example, there are (i) buttons that don't popup info balloons.

Decent replacement for the Ascend app. Also handles General and Pool WiFi timers (I don't have those). Slightly fresher GUI than Ascend. However, it seems extremely slow at populating devices via the cloud and sometimes on refresh just doesn't list devices. Often while on WiFi it lists the devices quickly, but still sits and spins for several seconds before you can interact with the switch. One pro is that devices added via Ascend also show up on your account in Connect.

The older version, simple installation, 2 TIMERS follow directions..great. This app is horrible, 2 days trying to reinstall 2 wall timers, can't find, then get code, do so still can't change settings, reconnect locate 7dt re connect to app set up a problem....put back the old app...We do not have a pool and so unnecessary. The programmers messed up a good workable app. WS a fan not now probably will go to your competitor so disappointed.
