- During your trip: Request assistance in just one click — by phone, chat, or telemedicine service. Wherever you are and in your language. If you've experienced an incident, you can also check what documentation you'll need to submit to process your reimbursement.

What can you do with the Intermundial App?

- Any traveler, insured or not, can create their travel itinerary destination by destination, uploading accommodation or transport bookings, identity documents, vaccination certificates, or event tickets. You can also check your flight status.

- Check the entry requirements for your destination country, whether or not you're insured with Intermundial.

- Travel assistance with telemedicine. Skip unnecessary trips to a medical center with our new video consultation feature. You'll also receive any prescriptions and medical reports you need in electronic format. You can request 24-hour assistance by calling directly from the app or using the integrated chat. Whatever assistance method you use, you'll avoid language barriers with direct communication in Spanish, no matter your destination country. We'll geolocate your position to manage the service as quickly and efficiently as possible, and track your assistance in real time until you've fully recovered.

they're selling insurance in Portugal and when I tried to register for the app it doesn't accept portuguese formats for id and tax number. if you sell in another country go to the trouble of making an app that allows those clients to access the service

Why can't you buy insurance directly from the app? Why can't you just input the two numbers/IDs from your already bought insurance into the add insurance form in the app and have the rest autocompleted? It doesn't make any sense and it's just a terrible UX. I pray I won't have to use the insurance in practice, because only God knows how would that work.
