Very unprofessional app, almost ridiculous. The tickets are not synced somehow with the user, only some cache data is written at the time of purchase, but if the process is interrupted the tickets won't appear. The trailers continue to play the next video after you close youtube. You can even continue to hear everything after you close the app. Really bad experience. Hire a professional android app company and get this done again...

New app has terrible UI. Always asks for notifications permissions (I don't want to, remember that). Cannot browse what's on in a specific cinema. Search is only by location. Movie description shows html tags and many more issues.

Absolutely horrible. Will not go to Yes Planet because the application response takes eternity, and when trying to pay the connection is reset. 3 consecutive times. each time the selected seats remain blocked for 15 additional minutes.

The issue has been raised with our mobile app developers and we’re looking into it.
Can you send more information about the problem, such as does the app not open at all? does it only happen on a certain page?
