My Private Files allows you to find all the documents in your personal document management or shared documents from spaces to view them from anywhere, from your phone.

Here are the different ways to use your Private File:

↳ Access your documents anytime!

Log in to your app and access the folder tree of your shared collaborative spaces or your personal folder tree. Just like on your platform, you can find your files and folders from your tablet or smartphone.

↳ Search for a file or folder with the search bar

You can use the search bar to find a file or document using one or more keywords. A real time saver when it comes to finding your speech, your latest notes, or meeting minutes stored in your files. You'll no longer need to search.

↳ View your documents on your phone

You can view your documents and stay productive from anywhere. Easily share your spreadsheets, presentations, or documents, whether you're on the train, on public transportation, or even in a meeting.

↳Customize your application's display with different views

To easily find one of your files or a document, you can customize the display with a list view or a grid view.
