Keep track of elapsed time, set a countdown, or follow a sequence of timed stages. Clear readouts and direct controls make it easy to start, pause, continue, and reset a session.
STOPWATCH
Measure elapsed time, pause and continue without losing progress, and record lap splits. Each lap shows its split time and cumulative time, with the fastest and slowest splits marked.
COUNTDOWN
Create a named countdown from one second to 99 hours. Pause or resume it, add a minute while it is active, and restart after it finishes. Completion is shown clearly on screen, with optional system sound and vibration.
INTERVAL PLANS
Arrange 2 to 12 named stages, choose a duration and optional stage-end alert for each, and repeat the sequence for 1 to 50 cycles. See the current stage, total progress, next stage, and remaining cycles. Skip a stage when plans change; stage transitions and skips are included in the session history.
RECOVERY AND PRESETS
Timer progress is based on saved start and pause times. When you return after leaving the app or restarting the device, active timers recalculate elapsed time and completed countdowns remain available to review. Timers never start on their own. Save countdowns and interval plans as presets, then copy, reorder, rename, archive, and reuse them. A one-minute countdown and a three-stage example are ready to use without starting automatically.
HISTORY AND PREFERENCES
Review session mode, name, start time, actual duration, pauses, laps, and stage results. Remove an individual entry or clear history after confirmation. Choose sound, vibration, completion alerts, screen-awake behavior, theme, text size, and whether history is saved.
Timer sessions, presets, preferences, and history are stored locally on your device. Core timer features work offline and do not require an account or cloud sync.
