Registering an account doesn't work ("Fill in all fields" when everything is filled in?). The help link is broken. Not sure what else to say, doesn't seem to do much of anything. Also this gem from the privacy policy: "In light of the above we have come to the conclusion that our legitimate interest outweighs your interest of not having your personal data processed for these purposes."

Spent more than 30 minutes with the ac installer and then more time after he had left trying to connect the device to wifi and then adding the device using the app. Just didn't work no matter how many times I tried including reboots, etc and following instructions in the box as well as online. Borrowed my wife's iPhone and all was done in 5 min and first time exactly as it should. Android support needs to be fixed if they want to market it as working across both platforms. Currently does not.

Very limited experience. Needed to pull out an older smartphone with an older version of Bluetooth to pair the adaptor. Once finally paired, the functions in app were okay, but not as flexible as the provided AC remote. Schedules just don't work at all. Sometimes the app takes a while to connect when opened, and if you make commands too quick, they won't be processed. You need to take it real slow. Google Assistant Integration is even more limited, and the only option there is On/Off.
