Wifi configuration is a NIGHTMARES. It took me good one hour on my OnePlus phone still couldn't configure. For those using Android phones, use iPhone to configure devices to your network. Once you are done with configuration, you can use this apps on your Android phones. If your IH device lose power, it would shown as offline even after power restored.

I have had for many years. Its only got worse over time. now won't work at all. To be clear, this isnt a hardware issue the devices are connected and I can still control using google, i can't control using the product app regardless on the device its installed on. my suggestion if you don't already own an air-conditioner and your researching buy something that doesn't use this app. Its my opinion that any brand that uses this app is not interested in quality products for their customers.

Registering an account doesn't work ("Fill in all fields" when everything is filled in?). The help link is broken. Not sure what else to say, doesn't seem to do much of anything. Also this gem from the privacy policy: "In light of the above we have come to the conclusion that our legitimate interest outweighs your interest of not having your personal data processed for these purposes."
