Wifi configuration is a NIGHTMARES. It took me good one hour on my OnePlus phone still couldn't configure. For those using Android phones, use iPhone to configure devices to your network. Once you are done with configuration, you can use this apps on your Android phones. If your IH device lose power, it would shown as offline even after power restored.

This unit and app is a massive downgrade from just using an Ecobee thermostat. I can't even tell you for sure what it does. Scenes don't work. Manual temp changes work maybe 30% of the time. And it kicks on the unit when a temp threshold is met maybe 50% of the time. This seems like an absolute grift of the HVAC industry. I paid $465 to have this added to a new heat pump, and it is utterly worthless.

New name same poor app. Intesis seems to have given up on this app. Poor Google home integration means it is yet another standalone home control app you will need. Devices show up in Google home and now supports one action: On/Off; making it basically useless. Also the app thinks in Celsius so in Fahrenheit it will only change settings in 2 degree increments. Features on the website have never been delivered too. Lost ability to set min/max temp limit on device. Can't set min temp less than 60F
