App is not working on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It's keep on crushing everytime I tried to open it. Already been tried uninstall and installed several times but still not working.

Account already registered and can open tracking my order. But now I can't sign in to my account. Always show "user is not exist". Very bad experience with this app.
