B-REWARDS is a next-generation commercial application, dedicated to all small and medium-sized businesses, professionals, and those businesses requiring a quick and practical advertising tool.
The app was created to foster customer loyalty, for instant purchases, and for last-minute promotions, and is therefore easy to navigate and very intuitive.
The random advertising banner that registered companies can use to highlight or launch a new product and/or promotion.
It is divided into 8 icons, 4 of which are divided into submenus with specific micro-categories.
Within each icon, SMEs present themselves with their own storytelling, a gallery and video, their products/services (with specific descriptions and categorization in short/long form) and, most importantly, have easy-commerce services (i.e., 3-5 products for sale) as well as booking services, not least the geolocation function to reach their physical store.
Users, for their part, can take advantage of all the information made available by SMEs and, of course, the booking, in-app purchase, website access, and online purchase functions.
We believe, however, that the two features that distinguish it from other applications are:
• the internal chat where each user can write their comments, feedback, and suggestions, a practical and immediate tool for accepting constructive criticism and praise;
• cashback, in the true sense of the word, a refund in euros that will be deposited in the app itself for subsequent redemption for prizes or services. Cashback, made available by each company in the app, is attributed to the user and then automatically deducted by the company once the purchase is made, whether in the physical store, in the app, or on the e-commerce site. The user can use it on the site to purchase specific products/services, according to their needs.
In fact, the App, despite being native, shares its information directly with the e-commerce site which focuses more on products/services and therefore on purchases and the first ones that can be acquired with cashback.
