Science City should upgrade its app... Theme should be like its some science stuff. Tickets pricing so confusing a normal person would not understand easily. A small info and few pictures should be placed so anyone can understand for what they are paying... it must be user friendly and a knowledgebase app must have proper guides...

Not working. No booking facilities. Always it shows Something went wrong msg. Not a single tab is working whether it's attraction of science City or any others. Before launching android app make sure first it's working properly or not. So no one can waste their time.

Worst app ever and science city team should have to give PROPER GUIDANCE TO VISITORS IF YOU CAN'T ACCOMODATE PEOPLE ON YOUR PLACE. Yesterday on 15th we booked the tickets, for 2 two wheelers and 4 general person tickets, also the payment was successful from upi. No bookings were shown on my app the same day. today on 16th jan 2021, it showing in my confirm booking and not able to cancel it and my refund is still pending. Contact us page is useless, DON'T FOOL YOUR VISITORS.
