login doesn't remember me, and often drops authentication after logging in. I find the app lacks many common features of banking apps.

1) Customer Service above and beyond! 2) Fraud Desk has saved my butt more than once! 3) I am always treated with respect and patience. Us older folks don't always understand the technology of today.
