everytime I login to check on my account, it takes forever for my balance to show up. I have to click on another option for few seconds then click back to account and refresh the screen before anything appears. this has been going on for few months on my galaxy. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if helps, however, it's giving me nothing. This is getting annoyed and frustrating. This bug should be fixed

Since last update on 01/20/26, push notifications (email or text) are not coming through at all. No alerts are coming through, upon signing in alert notifications or any transactions. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working. My phone is compatible, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Please fix issues ASAP.

your app is starting to falter. it takes forever to load and I have to force close it like 5 different times before it actually loads properly. patch this up please
