Here’s what you can do with the app:
View and manage your accounts and transactions – View your INTRUST checking, savings, time deposit, and loan accounts in one convenient location. Monitor balances, search through recent transactions, view statements, create alerts, and order checks. Add custom tags and upload images to individual transactions to help keep you organized.

Customize your Dashboard – Personalize your experience by customizing your dashboard to highlight the accounts and tools you use most often and hide those you don’t.

Transfer funds – Easily transfer money between your INTRUST accounts, or between your accounts at INTRUST and those you own at other financial institutions. Schedule a one-time transfer when you need it or set up a recurring transfer to help grow your savings.

Pay bills – Schedule one-time or recurring payments to any business in the U.S. Manage your payees by adding new or editing existing entries.

Send money with Zelle® – Send money to family and friends using just a U.S. mobile phone number or email address.

Manage your debit card – Do more to prevent fraudulent charges with powerful card management tools. Turn your debit card on and off at the push of a button. Set up notifications for when your card is used. You can even set limits based on geography, transaction amount, or merchant and transaction types.

Deposit checks – Deposit paper checks into your accounts using the camera on your smart phone or tablet. No visit to the bank required.
Get support with Messages – If you have a question or need help with your accounts, you can start a conversation with customer service at any time online or through the app. A customer service representative will be there to assist you as soon as possible during our support hours. You can even quickly reference specific accounts, transactions, or payments in your message to keep the conversation running smoothly.

Find locations – Locate nearby INTRUST banking centers and ATMS, including 55,000+ surcharge-free ATMs through the Allpoint® network.

I am not even remotely impressed with this new app. Set up is clunky, layout isn't an improvement, none of our information transfers, & downloading this app/entering all your personal information to login seems really sketchy to set it up. you have to sign up/be approved to deposit a paycheck?! & NOW IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL! MICR error?! usernames are case sensitive --something I've never experienced. The icon for this app is the same as the old app --which is confusing when you have both apps.

Mobile deposits are now not working when you try to take a picture of the back of the check. Just like when the original app had this issue. I'm irritated and highly unimpressed. I truly hope this version is more secure, as advertised. Update: 12/14/21 Still having trouble depositing checks in this app. I don't have to deposit checks often (thankfully) and every time I do, it is a huge pain. Please, fix this problem!!

Can't say that I find the new app to be all that great. While I didn't (at least so far) have the problems that others here have mentioned about getting in, what I had problems with was getting OUT. Tried to Sign Out, it wanted me to enter my Passcode. I did, and it promptly re-opened to the Dashboard, and it will keep doing so. You cannot use the Sign Out function; you instead can only Close the app. That is an issue I really do not like to see in an app where security is paramount. You know you cannot trust security of a browser page just by closing it without signing out; so I sure don't trust it in a phone app. UPDATE: It's now about 6 hours later, and in checking to see if my deposit today had finally been credited I see that it has.....and quite possibly TWICE. My balance is entirely incorrect- and it's not just on the app; the same is true for online. Also, if you remove or resize any "Dashboard Cards" (not bank cards) from the app to improve page space on your smartphone, any changes made will also affect your online Dashboard, and vice versa.
