I had to deactivate my account due to low storage space on my phone. I recently redownloaded the app and once the 3 day trial was up, I have NOT have full access to the app. 1 ($6.99) payment has already been deducted and the next payment will come out 5/21. Please help me out here as I do like the app very much, Thank You

this app use to give a lot of wrong answers, and its still giving wrong answers the update should've fixed that. Rather this new update make it worst, it doesn't specifiy answers for a diagram, before it would state "top left is...., bottom center is..." now it just gives the answers from the label and doesn't state where to place them.... pointless. please fix this.

do not use, dishonest. they offer you a free day trial but please pay attention, there's NO FREE TRIAL. The moment you sign. if for the trial, they automatically charge your account $6.99 and no matter how you try to reach out to recoup the money forget it. you cannot get in contact with help or anyone.
