About this app
IntuitiveSBA helps Ghanaian basic school teachers turn marked exam papers into finished report cards in a fraction of the usual time.
Instead of adding up scores by hand and copying them into report books, you photograph a marked script or SBA sheet, and IntuitiveSBA reads the names and marks for you, ready to review and correct before anything is saved.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Capture scores by photo, snap a marked exam paper or SBA sheet and let the app extract names and marks.
• Enter scores directly, type marks into a component-aware grid (class score, tests, project, exam) when you prefer.
• Compute report cards, totals, positions and grades are calculated automatically for the whole class.
• AI-drafted remarks, get a suggested comment for each learner that you review and edit before it's used.
• School-branded report cards, generate report cards laid out in your school's format, ready to print or share.
• Notify guardians, send report links by SMS to guardians who have given consent.
• Works offline, capture and queue work with a poor connection; it syncs when you're back online.

PRIVACY
Student and guardian information is used only to produce and deliver report cards, handled under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Guardian phone numbers are added with consent, and SMS is sent only to those who opt in. You can request account and data deletion at any time.
Some paid features (such as computing and generating report cards) may require payment to unlock.
