With the Inugo app, you can now enjoy a contactless, windows up parking & access experience. Search for available parking spots, check rates and use your license plate number to record your parking time and payment — all at the touch of a button!

Inugo allows contactless parking for gated & un-gated sites, as well as access gates. With the press of a button you can open gates, book parking, load plates – your phone is your key.

Payments are automatically deducted from the debit/credit card linked to your account within the Inugo app once you end your parking session. After each session, Inugo will email you a receipt of your transaction. This gives you access to a complete history of your payments with session details.

With Inugo, you can:

They clearly don't have it figured out. I have contract parking through my workplace and when the ramp I normally park at was bought by Inugo, we were all informed we'd have to install the app. In a world where this works properly, it would be fine since it's a lot more convenient. Unfortunately, it just doesn't. Inugo can't seem to decide whether or not we actually need to add our credit card info then try to charge you even when you have a contract multiple times.

I will preface this by saying I have a Galaxy S10, so ymmv. Worst. Parking app. Ever. I will avoid lots that use this program in the future. On exiting the parking facility, I attempted to log my exit in the app. It froze; several times. Froze my whole phone once, too. Didn't receive a receipt/notification because of freezes, called help number listed in app, twice. Both times I was immedately hung up on by whatever computer handles phone calls.

Why have you made the app to recognise when I arrive but not when I leave and stop my parking session, or at least remind me? I forgot to "stop parking" so I got charged extra, yet the app instantly knows when I'm within range of the car park when I arrive. Also, make the "stop parking" button more obvious and easy to find, like the front page!
