LPA Park: Official app of the Municipal Parking Society of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria S.A (SAGULPA) for payment in regulated parking areas.

What's new in version 3.0:

LPA PARK RENEWS ITS IMAGE
- We have updated the design of the app in line with the new corporate image of Sagulpa and its areas of action: mobility, sustainability and innovation.

SMART MODE
- You can now enable the use of Artificial Intelligence. Once enabled, and as the model learns with your usual operations, you will receive suggestions to optimize your time: agility in issuing tickets, frequent streets, etc.

PERSONALIZED NOTICES
- If you enable the receipt of service communications, you will receive notifications on your device, for example when your subscriptions are about to expire.

IMPROVEMENTS IN ACCESSIBILITY
- We have made improvements to the app so that it can be operated through Voiceover, in addition to improving the visual contrast in the menus.

ACCESS AND REGISTRATION WITH GOOGLE/APPLE
- If your account email is associated with a Google/Apple account, you can now log in using these accounts through the login screen.

PAYMENT OF FEES WITH BARCODE
- Now you can use your device's camera to read the barcodes of regulated parking settlements and expedite the payment of fees.

EASIEST TIME OF STAY TO SELECT
- We have improved the parking duration selection to speed up the procedure.

Ratings and reviews

Super inconvenient. Need to create an account and the registration form is in Spanish only, although the rest of the app is later available in English. Tickets can't directly be paid for, you need to add arbitrary credit first, and then pay for the ticket. The street I parked in (a large avenue: "Avda. de Tomás Roca Bosch") wasn't even listed in the app.

1.) App apparently only works in Spanish properly. English version switches back to Spanish all the time. Ridiculous that you cannot provide a working app in a foreign language considering that the app is heavily used by tourists. 2.) The process to pay parking tickets should be more streamlined. Why do I need to provide a number plate to pay a parking ticket? I was using a rental car that I already returned. Why register useless information?

Awful experience. I have to reload the app multiple times just to select a language. It doesn’t allow you to purchase a ticket directly with a card—you first need to top up your balance, which is not intuitive to find in the app. Even then, the process only worked after several attempts.
