Smart Assets is the mobile companion for your organization's asset management system. Sign in with the employee account provided by your organization to manage assets, report issues, run physical audits, and stay on top of alerts — from anywhere.

KEY FEATURES

• My Assets — View the assets assigned to you with details like category, location, status and condition.

• QR Scan — Scan an asset's QR code to open its details instantly, or show an asset's QR code on screen.

• Raise & Track Tickets — Report a problem with an asset in seconds, attach a photo, set priority, and follow each ticket through its status timeline (Raised → Assigned → In Work → Resolved).

• Physical Audits — Conduct asset verification on a visual floor map: see where each asset sits, follow the suggested next item, and mark assets Verified, Missing or Mismatched. Supports both internal staff and assigned external auditors.

• Alerts — Get in-app and push notifications for tickets, approvals and asset updates, with filters and a clean read/unread view.

• Profile & Settings — View your details, reset your password, and switch between light and dark themes.

SECURE, ORGANIZATION-BASED ACCESS
Smart Assets is for staff of organizations that use the Smart Assets platform. Access requires an employee account issued by your organization — there is no public sign-up. Sign in with your Employee ID using a one-time email code or your password.
