About this app

The official companion app for Inventory Inventory, the AI-powered inventory and warehouse management platform. Use it alongside the web app at inventoryinventory.com to scan, count, and update your stock from anywhere in your store or warehouse.

An Inventory Inventory account is required — create one for free on our website. Your data stays in sync with the web app in real time.

Barcode scanning
• Scan a barcode to look up an item and adjust its stock in seconds
• Unknown barcode? AI reads the label from a photo and drafts the item for you
• Continuous mode for rapid restocking and shipping out, scan after scan

AI Assistant
• Tell it what changed, by voice or text: "Received 12 angle grinders and sold 2 air nailers"
• It drafts the edits; you review and approve each one before anything is saved
• Edit the voice transcription before sending, or just type instead

Warehouses and scanner stations
• Register your phone as a scanner at a gate or inside an aisle
• Track which shelf and floor items sit on, and how many are loose
• Move stock with guided modes: Adding, Leaving, Restock, and Ship out

Built for teams
• Owners and team members sign in with their own accounts
• Permissions control who can add, edit, or move items
• Every scan and change is recorded in the shared activity log

Permissions: the camera is used for barcode scanning and item photos; the microphone is used only when you tap the mic to dictate to the AI Assistant.
