About this app

InventoryQuick is a tool tracker and item tracker for the tools, parts, materials and equipment a small business runs on. Keep one list of what you have and where it is, scan barcodes, count a location, see stock levels at every location, and know what is running low before a job stalls. Use it on your phone, your tablet and a computer.

TOOLS, PARTS AND LOCATIONS
- Keep every tool, part and material in one list, with photos, SKUs, categories and suppliers
- See stock levels by location: the shop, a warehouse, a van or a job site
- Move stock between locations with transfers, and see every change in the activity log
- Import a CSV file of your items from a computer, and keep any extra column as a custom field

COUNT A LOCATION
- An inventory count, one location at a time: filter Items to a location and tap Count this location
- Scan each label as you go, or tap an item to type its count
- See what is not found yet, and keep counting without a connection: scans stay on your phone until they reach your account
- Several people can count one location together
- Close the count to see what was found, not found and different from your records. Closing changes no stock
- Download each count report as a CSV from the web app
- Grant-funded equipment? On a computer, the grant equipment template imports tag numbers, serial numbers and funding details

BARCODE SCANNER
- Scan an item's barcode to find it, add it or update its count
- Reads QR, EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39 and Code 93

LOW STOCK AND REORDERING
- Set a minimum on an item, and the low-stock list shows it when your total drops below it
- Create purchase orders to restock, and receive them as items arrive: stock updates as you receive
- Keep your suppliers in one place, with the supplier for each item

ASK THE IQ ASSISTANT
- Ask about your own items in your own words, for example "what is running low?"
- Every plan includes Assistant messages each month

TOOL AND EQUIPMENT CHECK-OUT (Pro and up)
- Check a tool or a piece of equipment out to a person, with a due date, and back in (Pro and up)
- See what is out, who has it and what is overdue: asset tracking and equipment tracking for a crew or a tool crib (Pro and up)

AI VISION (Pro and up)
- Identify an item from a photo, count a shelf from a photo, or read a receipt (Pro and up)
- Import items from a photo of a supplier price list or invoice (Pro and up)
- The app asks before any photo goes to our AI provider, Anthropic, which does not train its models on your photos and deletes them within 30 days, unless its usage policy or the law requires longer

- Track sales orders and customers

REPORTS
- Stock value, the low-stock list and movement history, on every plan
- Demand forecasting, reorder recommendations, ABC analysis and inventory turnover (Business and up)
- Price monitoring for the items you buy (Business and up)

WORK ORDERS AND MRP (Enterprise)
- Plan jobs, assign materials and see committed demand against what is on hand (Enterprise)
- Purchase order drafts from your reorder points (Enterprise): nothing is sent to a supplier until you send it

YOUR TEAM
- Invite your team with roles: owner, admin, manager, member and viewer
- The activity log records each stock change: what happened and when

What’s new

The offline notice now says you are still signed in and that item numbers and changes need a connection, and the Dashboard says "Item numbers need a connection." where its numbers cannot load offline. Fixed a case where signing in finished on the sign-in page but never reached the app. Bug fixes and improvements.
