Ratings and reviews

Very buggy app I am currently overseas with work and have tried to log into my account, both via the website and the app. My notifications are turned on for the app on my phone. When I try to sign in I am told that a notification has been sent to my phone and I don't receive anything. This ends up in a constant loop and I can't sign in. Please InvestEngine investigate your app and sort out the bugs. I have spoken to customer services and get a different answer every time.

simply does not work, setup all the 2FA etc. then when I click to build a portfolio there is a strap at the bottom that says add securities whatever that means, and a review button next to it that doesn't work. tried to report in the help section but as soon as I attached a photo that page disappeared as well. fundamental functions of the app don't work so heck knows what investing through this app are like!!

not all intuitive. not easy to find my way around and start investing. I have used a few other platforms that need little to no learning curve to use. and nothing moves quickly. there are other free platforms that transact much more swiftly.
