Ratings and reviews

Very buggy app I am currently overseas with work and have tried to log into my account, both via the website and the app. My notifications are turned on for the app on my phone. When I try to sign in I am told that a notification has been sent to my phone and I don't receive anything. This ends up in a constant loop and I can't sign in. Please InvestEngine investigate your app and sort out the bugs. I have spoken to customer services and get a different answer every time.

the app is decent, better than etoro, but trading 212 is better. Invest engine lacks very basic features like being able to balance the investments when new money is added. the app is very slow and lags all the time on my phone. it takes 2-5 seconds after I press anything for it to actually respond making me feel like my phone's a potato when it's only 1 year old.

Insstant bank transfer option is not working. I tried different banks still not working. it says this site cant provide secure connection. therefore instant fund transfer not possible. This is going on for sometime, I initially thought it due to bank blocking, but tried with different bank account still the same.
