Ratings and reviews

I love the simplicity of it. It's not for everyone. But it encourages good investing habits. There are no risky stocks or CFDs. Just reliable UK based ETFs. There is a delay when you put orders in, as they do them in batch, at around 2PM. But this is a good thing, as it keeps you disciplined. There are times where I have sold an ETF out of panic, but since orders aren't immediate, it gives me plenty of time to cancel. It encourages holding for the long term and investing regularly.

It's a really great platform, loads to pick from and it just looks really good. It's unfortunate that customer service are impossible to get hold of. I must therefore advise everyone to steer clear. If they don't get back to me within a few days, I'll be forced to contact the financial ombudsman as they are refusing to engage with and impossible to complain to as they simply don't respond.

I'm trying to withdraw part of my funds, and the app is not working, give me a message "something went wrong" it has been for more than 4 days. I messaged the customer support 4 days ago and I didn't receive any answer. I'm starting to get worried about my money.
