Invincible YOU

Invincible You

About this app

Invincible You is the app for participants in an Invincible You leadership
programme. Access is provided by your organisation, so you will need an
invitation from your programme team to sign in.

Leadership development usually arrives as a workshop, a report, and then
silence. This app is built for the months in between, where the actual change
either happens or it does not.

KNOW HOW YOU WORK

Start with Essentype, a short ranking exercise that maps your work
personality. Your report explains what drives you, where your strengths come
from, and the patterns that tend to get in your way, written as something you
can act on rather than a label to file away.

WORK ON ONE COMPETENCY AT A TIME

You choose where to put your attention. InSee, your learning partner, then works
through that one competency with you. It remembers what you have already
tried, and it skips the general advice to get to your version of the problem.

Each conversation closes with a small number of action sparks, concrete things
to try during the week. Next time, InSee picks up from what you did with them.

REFLECT WHEN SOMETHING ACTUALLY HAPPENS

InSee Coach is there for the moments that do not fit a curriculum. A difficult
conversation, a decision you are circling, a reaction you did not expect from
yourself. Talk it through and find out what you think.

FOLLOW YOUR WHOLE JOURNEY

Your programme timeline holds everything in one place: labs, playbooks,
assessments, coaching sessions and small group work, with what is complete
behind you and what is coming next clearly ahead.

KEEP A PRIVATE RECORD

The journal is yours alone. Write entries, label them, search back through
them, and notice the through lines you would otherwise forget. Nobody else
reads your journal, not your coach and not your employer.

DEEPER ASSESSMENTS

Depending on your programme, you may also complete Discover Your Steel,
Leadership Identity, and 360 degree feedback, each with a report written to be
read rather than decoded.

PRIVACY

Your reflections, journal entries and conversations are private to you. You
can request deletion of your account and data from within the app at any time.
