InvntryPlus — barcode and QR inventory management that works even when your signal doesn't.

Manage stock using barcodes and QR codes. Print a label for a pallet, shelf or batch — or use the barcode already on the box. When staff collect items they scan, select their name, enter the quantity and sign with their finger. Every movement is recorded and attributed.

SCAN ANYTHING
• Camera scanning for QR, Code 128, EAN-13, EAN-8, Code 39, UPC-A and UPC-E
• Works with Sunmi built-in laser scanners and Bluetooth or USB handheld barcode scanners
• Torch toggle and on-screen framing guide for dim warehouses and cold stores
• Scan a product and go straight to Check-In, Check-Out, Return or Stock Request
• Find items by product name, product code, batch ID or your own third-party barcode

MOVE STOCK, WITH A SIGNATURE
• Stock Check-In for incoming deliveries — link a purchase order, record the supplier invoice number, capture both the delivery contact's and the receiver's signature, and mark deliveries Completed, Partially Completed or Undelivered
• Stock Check-Out for outgoing items — staff selection, quantity and signature on every collection
• Check-Out Returns for anything that comes back
• Stock Requests for internal reordering, tracked Open → Ordered → Closed

KNOW YOUR STOCK
• Home dashboard showing total stock across your full product count
• Low-stock alerts against a per-product threshold, with a Low Stock filter to see only what needs ordering
• Full product detail: quantity in hand, available quantity, supply and consume units, use-by date, purchase price, VAT rate and tax method, minimum order quantity
• Warehouse location down to section, aisle, rack, rack bay, shelf and position — so you know exactly where it sits
• Product photos from camera or gallery, with a full-screen viewer

BATCHES AND PRODUCTION
• Separate Production and Batch views, each with its own product and low-stock counts
• Build production items from component batches — pick or scan each component and record the quantity used
• Full component traceability on every finished item

PRINT YOUR OWN LABELS
• Bluetooth label printing to RongTa SP320 and compatible TSPL, CPCL and ESC/POS printers
• Print a Code 128 barcode label with readable text, or a QR label, straight from the product list, product page or scan sheet
• Set your own defaults: label width and height in millimetres, title font size, whether to include the product name and ID, plus fine positional nudges

BUILT TO WORK OFFLINE
InvntryPlus stores everything on the device first. Scan, receive, check out and sign with no connection at all — nothing waits on a server.
• Every product's full detail is cached, so you can open any item offline
• Signatures and product photos queue locally and upload when you're back on
• Edits survive a failed connection and retry automatically; save any edit as a draft
• Choose Auto Sync, Manual Sync or sync on app load, and restrict syncing to Wi-Fi only, mobile data or either
• A banner tells you when new data is waiting — tap once to pull it in

SET UP AND TEAM
• Log in with your server address and email, or scan a QR code to sign in instantly
• Staff records sync from your system, so collections are attributed to a real person
• Admin controls for who can raise stock requests
• Choose how many days of history to keep on the device, export a full data backup, or purge local data at any time
• In-app feedback with screenshot attachment

Simple enough to hand to a new starter on their first shift. Detailed enough to stop shortages and know who took what, when.
