About this app

InvoBox automatically collects the business's invoices and receipts, checks them and sends them to the accountant once a month - without searching, without forgetting and without losing VAT.

What it does

Finds invoices in email: attachments, download links and invoices written in the body of the email (Gmail and any mailbox).

Also receives invoices from WhatsApp, from a camera photo and digital receipts that arrive as a link.

Opens password-locked PDF files (ID or phone) on its own.

Checks each document: document type, amount and allocation number - and alerts you to suppliers who usually send and do not send this month.

Arranges everything by month and sends the monthly package to the accountant by email or WhatsApp - with one click, or by itself.

Shows each month how much input VAT is at risk and what to ask the supplier to avoid losing it.
Payments from bank and credit (PA) messages: to whom you paid and whether an invoice arrived, and for which deposits a receipt should be issued.

Saves the annual file (forms 106 and 867, donation receipts, Tax Authority approvals), payslips and letters from authorities – and sends them to the accountant when needed.

Smart reading (AI) in smart plans: complex photos and invoices are read separately – supplier, amounts and VAT – and each answer is checked.

Widget for the home screen, notifications of incoming invoices, automatic backup, Hebrew/Arabic/English.

Privacy
Invoices and emails are read and saved on the phone only; Passwords are encrypted on the phone. Gmail connection is made with a dedicated application password (not the account password) that can be canceled at any time. Only with smart reading, and with your permission, the document is sent to our server for reading only and is not stored there. There are no advertisements and no data sales.
