I am a customer for nearly a year. I used to be very satisfied with this app, regardless of the fact that it is pricey, and you sort of need to be tech-savvy as they continuously upgrade the app and the entire navigation changes over night without any notice beforehand. By now, the app became sort of a mess. Basic functions to post a listing are broken, customer service ignores any requests for fixes. They seem to prioritize the wholesale market over the individual sellers right now.

When the app works, it's great. When it doesn't, you literally can't do anything. I've tried everything; deleting, reinstalling, clear cache, clear storage, etc. It's constantly freezing, I have granted access to everything and still my photos won't load so I can't list. It's been like this for about two months. I'm about to switch to a different app.

Has definitely helped my sales but there is a lot of work to be done. It takes days to set up and wastes your trial days. The price of $45 is way too high while there are so many errors - it's very helpful and does a lot but you still have to go back and fix their errors. In beta form (I hope) because it needs a lot of improvement. I will say their customer service is great. But again - please consider the subscription price. It isn't going to keep. Its really helped with is parties/shares only
