When the app works, it's great. When it doesn't, you literally can't do anything. I've tried everything; deleting, reinstalling, clear cache, clear storage, etc. It's constantly freezing, I have granted access to everything and still my photos won't load so I can't list. It's been like this for about two months. I'm about to switch to a different app.

When it works it's great...But like everyone says the bugs are a near constant they are mostly manageable nagging small things but every few weeks they will have issues that make crosslisting impossible for varying amounts of time with ZERO compensation or discount for the days it's completely down. The $45 price is worth the combined crosslist/VA tool but very hard to justify when half of the app is down for 9-10 days. I recommend trying it but be prepared for issues.

I am a customer for nearly a year. I used to be very satisfied with this app, regardless of the fact that it is pricey, and you sort of need to be tech-savvy as they continuously upgrade the app and the entire navigation changes over night without any notice beforehand. By now, the app became sort of a mess. Basic functions to post a listing are broken, customer service ignores any requests for fixes. They seem to prioritize the wholesale market over the individual sellers right now.
